Isaac leads the Risk Management and Financial Planning & Analysis teams at DGC. These departments are focused on adding value through risk identification and reduction, contract structuring, delivering accurate and timely financial information, and performing collateral and cash management functions.

Isaac previously held various accounting and finance roles of increasing responsibility at Southern California Edison, Deloitte, and JPMorgan. Isaac is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. He holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Utah State University and MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
