Sho Gemma is the Vice President at Diamond Generating Corporation (DGC), with over 15 years of international experience in power and renewable energy across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe at Mitsubishi Corporation (MC).Leads Business Management for DGC, overseeing subsidiaries including Nexamp, with responsibilities spanning governance, performance management, and strategic investment execution.

Sho previously served as Deputy Project Director for offshore wind projects in Japan and held senior roles across Asia and the Middle East, including CFO positions, leading project financing, development, and portfolio management.

Sho holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Waseda University and completed executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business (MC Leading Change Program).
